Fred McClintock, a future NCO coach, led the A’s in scoring with 173 points, and Clarence Cook had the season-high game with 28 points against Tiffin Jr. Order. Five players scored in the double-figures for 75 points against Medina, which would not be surpassed until 1943. While the Orange and Black ended even on the season, their biggest upset was archrival Mansfield, and it denied the Tygers the NCO title. Arthur Frentz was the hero of the game, when he came off the bench and scored 11 points. |
